President and Chief Executive Officer

James Parm was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Stratos in 2003 where he oversees the strategic direction and global operations of this $500+M global satellite service company. Executive VP and Chief Financial Officer

Paula McDonald was appointed Executive VP and Chief Financial Officer in September 2007. Prior to her position as CFO, Ms. McDonald served as Stratos’ Senior Vice President of Finance responsible for the finance, accounting and taxation functions. She joined Stratos in April, 2000 and has extensive acquisition and integration experience. (more)

Bruce Henoch was appointed Vice President and General Counsel of Stratos in January 2010, where he oversees all legal activities of the corporation, including providing legal guidance to Stratos’ senior management and staff, as well managing the corporation’s commercial, regulatory and compliance activities. John Mackey was appointed CTO of Stratos in April 2000. In this capacity, Mr. Mackey plays a pivotal role in driving technology products and offerings across all of Stratos' lines of business. (more)

Senior VP, MSS Marketing and Sales, Worldwide

Ronald Spithout was appointed Senior Vice President, MSS Marketing and Sales, Worldwide, for Stratos in July 2006. In this role, Mr. Spithout has global responsibility for the MSS marketing and sales organization, including accountability for P&L, strategic direction and partnerships, and the company's distribution network. Neil Prakash joined Stratos as Vice President, Human Resources in January 2005. In this role, Neil has provided comprehensive tactical and strategic human resources and payroll support to the organization.
