Bruce A. Henoch
Vice President and General Counsel
Bruce Henoch was appointed Vice President and General Counsel of Stratos in January 2010. Mr. Henoch oversees all legal activities of the corporation, including providing legal guidance to Stratos’ senior management and staff and managing the corporation’s commercial, regulatory, and compliance activities. Prior to being named General Counsel, Mr. Henoch served as Vice President for Legal and Regulatory Affairs for Stratos from February 2007.
Immediately prior to joining Stratos, Mr. Henoch was a shareholder with the law firm of Shulman Rogers in Maryland, where he represented Stratos in numerous matters. He has an extensive background in international satellite communications, with over a decade of experience at Comsat Corporation and its successor companies as well as the U.S. National Telecommunications and Information Administration. He began his legal career in 1992 with Arnold & Porter in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Henoch holds a B.A. in Russian Language and Culture from Johns Hopkins University and is a graduate of the Emory University School of Law.
