Stratos Commences Exchange Offer for Registered 9⅞ Senior Notes Due 2014
BETHESDA, MD (September 19, 2006) - Stratos Global Corp. (TSX: SGB) today announced the launch of an offer to exchange US$150,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of its registered 9⅞ percent Senior Notes due 2014 for any and all outstanding unregistered 9⅞% Senior Notes due 2014. The exchange offer will commence on September 19, 2006 and expire at 5:00 p.m. EDT, October 20, 2006.
