Stratos Extends Proxy Submission Deadline
Bethesda, MD. (June 11, 2007) - Stratos Global Corporation ("Stratos" or the "Corporation") today announced that it has extended the deadline for submission of proxies in connection with the Corporation's Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders.
Completed proxies can now be submitted up until the 2:00 p.m. (EDT) start of the Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders on Tuesday, June 12, 2007. Proxies can be submitted to Stratos c/o Computershare Investor Services Inc. Proxy Department, 100 University Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, M5J 2Y1, toll free fax number in North America +1 (866) 249-7775 or international fax number +1 (416) 263-9524, or with Computershare representatives at the Renaissance Toronto Hotel Downtown prior to the commencement of the meeting. The meeting will be held in the Northern Lights Ballroom at the Renaissance Toronto Hotel Downtown, One Blue Jays Way, Toronto Canada.
