Stratos Obtains Approval for Amendment to Financial Covenants
BETHESDA, MD (February 22, 2007) - Stratos Global Corp. (TSX: SGB), the leading provider of advanced mobile and fixed-site remote communications solutions, today announced that it has received lender approval for its proposed amendment to the financial covenants under its senior credit facilities. The amendment provides the Corporation with additional flexibility while it completes the integration of Xantic B.V.
