Richard E. Harris
Senior VP, Corporate Secretary and Chief Legal Officer
Rich Harris was appointed CLO of Stratos in August 2004. Mr. Harris oversees all corporate level activities, including the provision of legal guidance to Stratos’ senior management and staff, and participating in critical commercial, regulatory and acquisition activities.
Prior to joining Stratos, Mr. Harris served as General Counsel for Worldwide Retail Exchange, a joint business-to-business venture. He also has an extensive background in international satellite communications gained with Comsat International, in Maryland , and Kokua Communications, in London .
Mr. Harris holds a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania , and is a graduate of Yale Law School.
