The BOW GSM Service enables customers to use GSM cell phones onboard a vessel in combination with FleetBroadband from Stratos.
The BOW GSM Service allows crewmembers to make phone calls and send and receive SMS messages. The Service also provides reliable voice connectivity, enabling ship managers to quickly contact merchant maritime officers.
One affordable monthly fee covers the use, full warranty and maintenance of the equipment. No investment is needed. The GSM traffic will not interfere with business phone calls and will be charged separately to the user.
The BOW GSM Service is a mobile service supporting:
