Sending and receiving email, downloading files via FTP or browsing the internet via satellite has never been this fast or inexpensive. With StratosNet Accelerator you can optimise your IP connection by reducing the content size.
StratosNet Accelerator can be used for Internet access from any Inmarsat FleetBroadband, BGAN or SwiftBroadband service. It is also an ideal complement to ChatCard Data.
StratosNet Accelerator is a client-server based application, compressing everything that passes over the IP satellite link. A client can be downloaded from www.stratosnet.com which provides the highest level of compression but also optimizes the transport protocol for faster, more efficient throughput. If the client software is not desirable, a clientless version is available as well which simply provides instructions for configuring your browser without the StratosNet Accelerator client. The clientless version does not provide protocol optimization.
