We also offer a variety of smart tools for monitoring traffic, creating traffic reports and rebilling traffic. The Stratos billing portfolio gives you ultimate control over all traffic costs. Conveniently, many services can be paid for in advance.
BGAN from Stratos
Using a lightweight satellite terminal, about the size of a laptop computer, BGAN from Stratos enables you to access e-mail, corporate networks and the Internet, transfer files, send live video, make telephone calls or send SMS or faxes, from almost anywhere – including locations where traditional technologies cannot reach or where terrestrial networks are temporarily unavailable.
Fleet from Stratos
The Fleet product range is the next generation of maritime satellite communications, having evolved from the highly successful Inmarsat A, B and M systems, but using much more lightweight stabilized antennas.
Iridium® from Stratos
Iridium from Stratos is the only service that offers truly global satellite voice and data solutions with complete coverage of the earth (including oceans, airways and polar regions). Stratos Traffic and Billing Explorer (TaB) allows you to monitor your Stratos traffic in great detail, both in terms of use (seconds, bits) and cost (US$ or AUS$). TaB also gives you a flexible way to price your traffic for internal cost control or rebilling purposes.
Stratos ChatCard™
Making sure your crew and staff can stay in touch with family and friends at home is a tried and tested means of boosting morale and a vital tool in retaining critical personnel. Now there is an easy and cost effective way to achieve this, with Stratos Stratos ChatCard—an easy-to-use, prepaid calling card for Inmarsat services.
Prepaid Messaging
Stratos Prepaid Messaging is the ideal way for private users and small businesses to send messages to Inmarsat C mobiles, eliminating the hassle of paying relatively small monthly invoices. As a Prepaid Messaging subscriber, you can send text messages from any e-mail address or SMS from GSM phones. All you need is an identification number, called an XPnumber (Stratos Prepaid Number).
